Ramshankar: In a distressing incident in West Tripura, a 26-year-old man identified as Tapan Debbarma was found dead at his home shortly after being violently assaulted. The attack reportedly took place late Monday night near the Ramshankar ADC Village office, where local residents allegedly beat him mercilessly and left him on the roadside.
Though his family brought him home in a critical condition that night, he was found unresponsive the following morning. Relatives observed multiple injury marks on his body and have demanded the immediate arrest of the suspects. While the police and forensic teams have launched an investigation, no arrests have been made as of the latest report.
