Gunther was belittling John Cena for the umpteenth time on this week’s RAW when AJ Styles barged in on his segment and slapped Gunther, thus leaving him in a humiliating position in the ring.

After the segment, Gunther and AJ had a fierce argument behind the scenes where the Ring General requested a match with Styles from Adam Pearce and it was confirmed for the next RAW’s episode.
